Charming half-timbered ensemble with hotel, restaurant and culture barn at the Müritz
The Woldzegarten estate calls itself the little paradise on the Müritz. This paradise offers comfortable rooms and apartments and family-friendly service. The hotel restaurant serves fine, regional dishes, the wellness area offers sauna and swimming pool and the culture barn regularly hosts concerts and events.
The 200-year-old manor house has been renovated in accordance with the preservation order and partly biobiologically. It now radiates dignity and cosiness again. The free view into nature has been preserved in many places. Clay plaster on the walls provides a pleasant room climate. In the restaurant “Flotows” guests dine in the middle of the manor house or in summer on the south terrace. The fireplace vault invites to a glass of wine or to the rustic bar. Peace and quiet can be found in the “Gutsherrenstube” with its small library or in the 400-year-old vaults around the crackling open fire. The manor house was redesigned into a hotel with 20 individual rooms of different shapes and sizes while preserving the historical half-timbered structure. In the former “high stable” for sheep, 8 highly finished, family-friendly holiday apartments with their own kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a living-dining area were created in 2011. In addition to concerts and culture, the Culture Barn is also used for family celebrations or conferences. Seminar participants can concentrate on the essentials in the seminar room under the roof of the barn and enjoy the view of nature.
For relaxation and well-being, there is a swimming pool, saunarium, a rest pavilion and our ‘washhouse’ with 5 rooms for wellness and fitness.
The party barn and conference rooms offer sufficient space for events such as conferences and meetings.
